New patients

How you become our patient

Most patients come through their own dentist. If you are not sure yours works with us, call, and we will ask them.

Your dentist stays in charge of your dental care. We join them for the sedation day and hand you back afterward.

Three steps

  • Your dentist refers you, or you call and we ask your dentist

  • A phone call with Dr. Faison or a nurse reviews your history

  • A sedation day is set at one of our partner offices

A dentist sits beside the chair and reads a chart before the visit

Have ready

What to have ready for the call

  • Your medicines

A list of every medicine, vitamin and supplement, with doses.

  • Your health history

Fill it in on our private portal, not by email or through this site.

  • Your dentist's details

The office name and the treatment planned, if you know it.

  • An escort

The name of the adult who will come with you and take you home.

Where

Which office you will go to

Your sedation day is at your own dentist's office if it is one of our partners. If it is not, we can talk with them about becoming one, or suggest another partner office.
